We ship all of our products via US Postal Service (USPS).

For orders up to $49.99 we charge a flat fee of $3. For orders of $50 and over we charge a flat fee of $6. To ship any order amount with Priority Mail we charge a flat fee of $10.

No, right now we don’t ship internationally. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and the extremely long shipping times because of it, we are currently only shipping in the US.

You ordered from a shop that sells handmade products. Please keep in mind that our products are MADE TO ORDER, we have little or no inventory. Our turnaround time is 2-5 business days, which doesn’t include the shipping time.

If your order got damaged in shipping please take a few pictures so we can see what happened and email them to us at stefanie@stefanimals.com. This will help us to improve how we package our products to prevent this from happening again. We will quickly send out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept a return.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and cannot be personalized. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our prints are available in 3 sizes. 5” x 7”, 8” x 10” and 11” x14”. Each size is available as a borderless print or with a white border.

We print on high quality matte photo paper.

No, we don’t sell any mats or frames. Our prints are available in three sizes (5” x 7” • 8” x 10” • 11” x 14”) and will fit standard mats and frames.

All of our prints are protected by a cello sleeve and are shipped flat in a cardboard mailer.

At the moment we don’t sell any prints larger than 11” x 14”, but we are looking into adding more sizes to our shop in the near future. Feel free to contact us about larger prints and we’ll do our best to help you out.

The wall stickers are made of a removable fabric material, can be repositioned many times, and won’t damage your walls in any way. Use them only indoors, they are not waterproof.

They are easy to apply, just peel and stick. The smoother the surface, the better they will stick. The wall stickers can be repositioned many times.

For bigger stickers peel off a section from the top and fold the backing paper over. Stick the exposed part of the sticker to the wall and then slowly peel off the rest of the backing paper by pulling it down with one hand as you use your other hand to adhere the sticker to the wall.

Yes, our wall stickers can be used on any non-porous surface. The smoother the surface, the better they better they will stick. Use them only indoors, they are not waterproof.

Our door stickers and wall stickers are made of the same removable fabric material. The size and the designs are what makes them door stickers. They are 16” wide and 3.4” high to perfectly fit under the 2 upper panels on a standard 6 panel door. They can be used on any non-porous surface. The smoother the surface, the better they better they will stick. Use them only indoors, they are not waterproof.

We currently only use matte sticker paper.

Our matte sticker paper looks and feels like smooth paper, but is in fact a very thin, tear-resistant vinyl.

Our Sticker Sets and Small Sticker Sheets are not removable, but all of our wall stickers can be removed and repositioned without damaging your walls.

All of our magnets and buttons are 2.25” in diameter.

Our magnets are mainly meant to be decorative. The magnets hold about 3 letter-sized sheets of paper.

Yes! We can personalize our magnets with names and dates. There are spaces for personalizations on the product page. You will be sent a proof before me make the final product to make sure everything is the way you want it.

Individual magnets are packaged in cello selves with cardstock backing.

Party favors are either in cello selves with cardstock backing or in individual organza bags, it’s your choice.

Magnet Sets are sold in cotton muslin drawstring bags to easily keep them together.

The front of our buttons look just like our magnets, but the back is smooth and silver and DOESN’T have a magnet or a pin.

We use the buttons for our animal matching game because there really is no need for the game pieces to be magnets.

Our magnet/button sets can be either magnets or buttons, the choice is yours.

Yes, please contact us before you place your order to let us know which existing magnets you would like in your custom bundle.

1. Each animal matching game has 12 matching pairs for a total of 24 buttons.
2. Lay them all face down.
3. Turn over any two buttons.
4. Keep them if they match, turn them back over if they don’t.
5. Do your best to remember what is on each button as they get turned over.
6. The player with the most matches wins the game.
